Ficus e Logic for its client in the ER&D space is seeking an accomplished Client Partner to lead one of its largest client engagements across engineering and digital services. This pivotal role involves shaping engagement, fostering strategic partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar programs. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to client executives, orchestrating global delivery teams, and expanding the company's footprint across the client’s enterprise.

Key responsibilities include strategic client leadership, serving as the primary executive interface, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. The role also involves establishing governance frameworks and leading executive steering committees to align with client objectives. The Client Partner will own revenue growth targets, identify opportunities in digital engineering, data management, cloud, AI/ML, IoT, and other digital engineering programs, and lead business development teams to craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close transformative deals. Additionally, the role requires leading and mentoring global teams, fostering collaboration across diverse cultures and geographies, and championing a client-centric culture.
