Ficus e Logic on behalf of its client in the ER&D space is seeking a high-performing FinTech Hunter to spearhead new business acquisition within the Financial Services and FinTech ecosystem across North America. This is an individual contributor role focused on securing net new logos, closing strategic deals, and expanding the company's presence among financial institutions and FinTech companies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong hunter mindset, extensive industry connections, and a demonstrated ability to sell engineering and technology solutions within the FinTech sector. Key responsibilities include driving the end-to-end sales cycle, identifying and closing new opportunities, and building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. The role also involves developing and executing territory and account acquisition strategies, positioning technology solutions, and leading large deal pursuits and negotiations.

Candidates will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders, understand client priorities, and align solutions to deliver significant business impact. Collaboration with solutioning, pre-sales, and delivery teams is crucial for successful deal conversion and ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of the financial services and FinTech landscape, coupled with a proven track record in net new logo acquisition.
