Ficus e Logic is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to enhance data quality and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization. This role is crucial for supporting business decision-making by ensuring reliable data, building comprehensive dashboards, and collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to implement scalable data solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reports, that provide actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. Key activities include developing and maintaining efficient ETL workflows, such as Materialized Views in Microstrategy or other BI tools, to ensure accurate and timely data integration from various sources into data warehouses or BI platforms. The role also involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical BI solutions, and provide ongoing support and training. Additionally, the Senior Analytics Developer will ensure continuous performance tuning, data quality assurance, and adherence to data governance policies to maintain the reliability, security, and scalability of BI platforms.
