Infrastructure Monitoring Expert – Gurugram/Gurgaon

The Infrastructure Monitoring Expert will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of advanced structural health monitoring (SHM) and Geomonitoring solutions for complex infrastructure projects both in India and internationally. This role demands profound technical expertise combined with strong leadership to drive innovation, ensure system reliability, and deliver high-value insights for asset performance, risk mitigation, and lifecycle management.

As a subject matter authority, the expert will guide multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to the evolution of digital monitoring platforms and predictive analytics frameworks. Key responsibilities include defining monitoring plans for assets like tunnels, bridges, metros, dams, and underground structures, providing expert interpretation of structural behavior, and establishing best practices for monitoring systems.

The role also encompasses end-to-end project lifecycle management, overseeing deployment, commissioning, and operations, while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The expert will lead advanced analytics using AI/ML for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection, drive the development of digital platforms, and integrate IoT, SCADA, and cloud-based solutions. Client engagement, system reliability, governance, and supporting business development through technical proposals are also critical aspects of this position.
