We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our outbound sales initiatives. The successful candidate will possess experience within the logistics or supply chain industry and demonstrate a strong aptitude for generating and qualifying leads through diverse multichannel outreach strategies.

Key responsibilities include identifying and prospecting potential clients in logistics-heavy sectors, conducting outbound outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn, and qualifying leads based on business needs and shipping requirements. The role also involves scheduling meetings and demonstrations for the sales team, maintaining accurate records of outreach and lead status, and collaborating with internal teams to refine targeting strategies.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the supply chain and logistics industry, proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to meet monthly targets and work independently is essential.
